Following recent amendments to the Trade-marks Act contained in Bill C-31, the Budget Implementation Act, proposed amendments to the Trade-marks Regulations have been released to the public on October 1, 2014. The Canadian Intellectual Property Office will receive comments and suggestions regarding the proposed amendments until November 30, 2014.
