Dana Turner-Ryan will be participating in the 2015 Hockey Helps the Homeless hockey tournament at UBC Thunderbird Arena on November 27, 2015. Dana has participated in the tournament for the past 3 years and has been on the Vancouver organizing committee since 2013. She has recently been appointed to the Board of Directors for the national Hockey Helps the Homeless organization, which runs tournaments in 9 Canadian cities annually. All funds raised through the Vancouver tournament are allocated to BC-based charities that work to end homelessness ​through housing, transportation, mental health, education, training and employment initiatives.
