During this unprecedented time in our current history, we continue to be committed in providing the best IP services and to do so in a safe environment for our staff, you, our client and the public. In the past weeks, we have achieved this through remote working and continued engagement with you through telephone, email and video conferencing platforms in order to deliver our best services to you.

Starting June 1, 2020 and until further notice, we will be returning to the office, albeit small number of staff at any point in time. We have put in place measures to keep our staff, you, our client and any visitor, safe.

Our office building is limiting person(s) to 2 per elevator. Our office has posted information that abide by the Order from our Provincial Health Officer and any requirements by WorkSafeBC. This includes guidelines for allowing entry to our office, physical distancing, hygiene and cleaning protocols. Both our staff and you, our client or any other visitor to our office, are to read and adhere to poster on display at our front door regarding non-admittance to our office, should you display any symptoms or have travelled abroad. We also require you to maintain physical distancing while in our premises, to make use of our hand sanitizer stations and to access handwashing facilities in our building. Your safety and the safety of our staff are paramount.

To minimize risks for all, we have available hand sanitizer station(s), cleaning/disinfecting protocols to be followed by staff for various common places in our office. We also have available disposable masks for when you are in our premises or if you prefer to bring your own. Physical distancing is to be maintained during your time in our office. We can only offer you water in disposable container/cups, at this time.

Although we would love to interact with you in person, we are limiting client/visits to maximum two person(s) at a time and if at all possible, to meet virtually or connect by telephone, text or email.
